May 2010
- May 10, 2010 - Hearthside Food Solutions a division of Wind Point Investment Firm acquires CBC through a bona fide purchase.
July 2010
- Hearthside Foods Solutions (HFS) accepts responsibility for remedying the allegations against CBC and for future compliance with the Courts November 14, 2008 Judgment. In lieu of further litigation, the NLRB and HFS agree that the allegations in the contempt petition many be resolved and disposed by entry of a Court Consent Order.
September 2010
- September 9, 2010 - The NLRB files a Petition for Contempt with U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Simultaneously, representatives from HFS, CBC and the NLRB entered into a Stipulation for Entry of a Consent Order by the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court.
