January 14 - ALJ Decision issued. Judge Amchan found the company guilty of disciplining and discharging employees for engaging in protected union activity; of threatening employees with adverse consequences if they chose union representation; and prohibiting discussion of union activity on company property.
January 28 - CBC lawyers files exceptions to ALJ decision
September 2004
- NLRB issues new complaint against CBC with 13 Unfair Labor Practices; ALJ trial scheduled for November 2, 2004.
