January 2007
January 10 - CBC lawyers files brief responding to the Board’s petition for enforcement power with the 6th circuit court of appeals
January 12 - BCTGM attorney Bill Fadel files petition to intervene on all proceedings before the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals as well as a petition/cross appeal for the Court to review the Board’s decision to remove the five union activist who were in the original Administrative Law Judge recommended to be reinstate with full back pay plus interest for being fired over union activities.
- January 22 - CBC attorneys file objections to the intervention and cross appeal, the 6th circuit denies the Company’s objections.
February 2007
- February 19 - BCTGM attorney Bill Fadel files 50 page “Proof Brief” on behalf of each of the five union activists who were removed from ALJ decision.
