March 2005
- NLRB issues 31 additional charges to the complaint.
April 2005
- CBC settles the 44 charges with the NLRB. Including paying one employee $20,000.00, another Union supporter accepts $7,000.00 in lieu of reinstatement, another union supporter receives one day’s pay for unlawful suspension and his record along with five other union supporters’ records is expunged.
The company also agrees to replace employee bulletin board where workers have been posting BCTGM union notices.
