Products often produced at the plant include Oreos, Fig bars, Air Crisp crackers, Breakfast bars, Chips Ahoy, Oatmeal Soft Cookies, Ritz Bits, Chocolate Teddy Grahams, Mrs. Fields cookies, Fireside cookies, Royal Crest, Gurley's Nuts, Private Label, and various other well-known items.

CONSOLIDATED IN THE NEWS
- In May 2002, the company finalized a deal to sell four production facilities to the Atlantic Baking Group. The four facilities were located in North Little Rock, Ark., Birmingham, Ala., and two in South Beloit, Ill. Terms of the deal were not released.
- Consolidated recently bought the Derby Cone facility in Louisville, Kentucky. The company received extensive subsidies and tax credits from the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority, and will be renovating the plant to modernize its equipment.
