Local 100G members are on strike against Ingredion Corporation in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. What they are asking for in a new collective bargaining agreement is simple: dignity and respect on the job that comes from a union contract negotiated in good faith and without take-aways.

Help us call on Ingredion CEO and company representatives. Send an email and tell Ingredion to get back to the bargaining table and negotiate in good faith. Workers deserve nothing less than respect and dignity on the job.

Workers want a collective bargaining agreement that protects what they already have: vacation days, a seniority system, good benefits, safe working conditions and a schedule that pays them a decent wage while also preserving time with their family.
