This form is for BCTGM MEMBERS exclusively, to submit complaint letters to the International Union for help with representation. The information submitted in the top area of the form will be used to verify your identity in our membership database and contact you with next steps.

 

Any member that cannot be located in our records, and/or any form submitted that does not meet this criteria will not be met with a response.
