The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has ruled thatΒ Archer Daniels Midland (ADM)Β is guilty of violating federal labor laws. The NLRB adopted the findings and conclusions of Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) Melissa M. Olivero.
