Rich Scalise - Chief Executive Officer
Scalise is a 32-year veteran of the food industry, most recently as President of Ralcorp Frozen Bakery Products, a division of Ralcorp Holdings, Inc. Scalise’s career includes 18 years with ConAgra Foods culminating in his role as President and COO of ConAgra’s $3-billion Refrigerated Foods Division.
James Wojciechowski - Chief Financial Officer
Wojciechowski brings 30 years of senior financial leadership experience to the Hearthside team, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer of Ralcorp Holdings Frozen Bakery Products Group.
Brian McNamara - Vice President Sales / Marketing
McNamara is a 30-year food industry veteran. His career includes tenures with ConAgra, Quaker Oats and Heinz in various leadership roles, including VP of Sales, VP of Business Development, and VP of Supply Chain and Director of Strategic Planning.
Dwayne Hughes - Vice President Supply Chain
Hughes is a 20-year veteran of the Food Industry. His career includes Quaker Oats, Nabisco, ConAgra Foods and most recently, Vice President of Supply Chain of Ralcorp Frozen Bakery Products, a division of Ralcorp Holdings.
Steve England - Vice President Human Resources
England is a 28-year veteran of the packaging and food industry. His career includes key leadership assignments in Human Resources and Supply Chain with Continental Group, Quaker Oats, Supervalu (Hazelwood Bakeries) and Ralcorp Holdings. Prior to joining the Hearthside team, England was VP Human Resources for Ralcorp Holdings’ Frozen Bakery Products Division.
Bob Burchfield - Chief Information Officer
Bob brings twenty years of senior IT leadership experience in the food industry at firms that include Quaker Oats, ConAgra, Power Packaging, and Exel.
