Local 390G members at IFF have been working under the terms of an expired contract since last year. Negotiations halted after the company’s last, best, final proposal included major health care and retirement takeaways and changes to overtime. Workers voted down the offer and hit the picket line โ€” forgoing pay to fight for a fair collective bargaining agreement that rewards them for their hard work. Here is what Local 390G members have to say:

Iโ€™m striking for my fellow brothers and sisters and for the peopleย who are coming after us so they can have a better workplace. Iโ€™m fighting for good wages and to keep the benefits we have won over the years. We want to be appreciated and valued for what we do for the company.
